Not one squat was done
Correct .
Sorry no squats just yet. I no not trust my knee just yet.
I did 2 sets of ten gobble squats. With elevated heals. That was at warm up so I didn’t list them.
I am starting to do a few now and then. I used the smith machine the other day for squats and that went ok.i want to start with box squats so i have a safety .
I will get there.

Food wasn’t the best. Family took me out to lunch for Father’s Day birthday combo.

Breakfast was oatmeal 2 servings
Then work out.
Lunch out was one empanada, two duck tacos and breakfast potatoes.
Finished with churros

Should have taken picture but was too hungry.

Evening did meal prep so cooked chicken breast and ate one of those.

Bed time snack was 3 chocolate rice cakes with PB&J

Not the best day and not the worst!
 
Still here putting it hard.
Today was leg day. Don’t remember everything I did but here is some high lights.

1. Leg curl machine. 4x12 65 , 80, 95 , 110
2. Leg extension 4x12 60, 80,100, 100
3. Leg press machine. 4x12 225, 285, 365, full stack 405.
4.Seated calf machine 4x12 200, 280, 350 full stack 390.
5. Vertical leg press. 4x12 270, 450, 630, 720
6. Seated calf plates 4x20 90,90, 135,135
20 min in dry sauna

@Slyderkt dont do squats with the knee issue , stick with machines

Thanks for the reply. But the other exercises can and will have the potential for issues. Every time you sit then stand up you're squatting

Duck taco were very yummy.
It had a slaw on top of it.
I always like to try new things. Didn’t think about it being a brunch time when we went.
Brunch places not really a place for lots of food. Portions seem smaller.
I was there for the family fun anyway.
We sat on the patio and they had live music.
I needed a relaxing time.
Rest of the family was melting. Hahahaha. Wimps.
I had a rough day at work yesterday but spent 4 hours moving large boulders by hand.
Back was trashed so just went home to a hot bath and called it a day.
Next to days are with trainer. Gonna be great.
