Approved Log Slyder 2024 cut cycle

Starting a cut cycle came off a bulk about a month ago and just been doing maintenance since.
Stats
Age 57 ( turn 58 next month)
6’ tall
Current weight 205
Body fat not sure but not crazy high
TRT for past 4 years. ( 200mg gets me around 600, 400 g is 1200-1500.)

Cycle 12 weeks
Test 200 week1-2 then up to 400mg 3-12
Primo 400 mg 1-12
Anavar 50mg 2-12
HGH 2iu 3 day skip 1 day
I have remidex, caber, tamoxifen on hand.

Goal is just drop body fat. I am a lean person not big muscular. Typically I drop down to about 185. Not sure what number will be. Hopefully I have added a few lb of muscle and 190 looks good.
I will add meals as we go along

Again it ain’t a utopia feeling. Buts things just start to fall in place. Now the big surprise. The rest is up to me!!!!
Yep my success all depends on me. Train hard, train smart, eat well and keep diet under control. And stay healthy.
I know the body is an amazing machine. It will fight me all the way.
I just have to kick my on ass, And slay my own demons!
Success is always in the things you avoid doing!

I have tried to fast till lunch.
Props to those that fast. My does two 36 hour fast per week.
By about 10 am I am ready to eat a small child. I am trying drink lots of water and electrolytes to keep me full feeling. Getting in my cardio going to the rest room a bunch.

Lifting weight is physically difficult. But I like that part of my journey. I always say that lifting is not the hardest part.
Eating well, mental fortitude, ambition and just showing up at the gym. That’s the hard part.
Once you concur those then it’s just work.
PED’s are not miracle meds. They just enhance what you do. No work equals no gains. Hard work equals success. Success looks different on everyone.
Example is me. People ask if I take anything. I proudly say yes. With that said I do not blow up and get huge. It is not in my genetics. I still cry and whine about it, we always want what others have. But I am proud of what I have accomplished. I am happier because of it.
I am trying to finish my life happier and more positive than my prior years!

I am my own kind of Greatness!

it's always interesting to read these logs and see where people struggle and where people Excel the truth is we're all different and what you struggle with someone else will be good at that's just the nature of the game

it's why on a football team you've got 340 pound nose tackles who can throw a 320 pound man 5 feet backwards, and you also have 170 pound receivers who can run 20 miles an hour. everyone is good at something different

I thought wait a minute, I am 31 years clean from that stuff! Th makes me at least a recovering methhead.
I had a customer call in to our owner about me the other day. He described me as a meat head.
He meant it as an insult. But I was so freaking happy! All I could think was “ yes!! I have made status”!!

Gym was about 87 degrees inside. I love a gym with no AC.
Everything 4 sets
1. Flat chest machine neutral grip. 30x 90lb, 15x180, 15x180, 12x220
2. Incline machine neutral grip 20 x 90 4 sets
3. Bench dips 4x20
4 . Incline bench , easy bar reverse close grip.
20x 60lb
5. Seated flat bench 10x20 4 sets
6. Pull over machine 4 sets 30each
7. Cable machine 4 sets 20 reps
High 40, 50, 60,60 lb
Low 20,20,30,30
Middle 30, 40,50, 50
8. Chest machine. Seated side ways, push accross chest. 45 lb plate 4sets 15 each pec.

It sucks. I need to do it.
I have not been.
It shows. I am not complaining. It is all up to me. Last week I had seen scale drop from 205 down to 202. This morning I am 208.
Oops .
But I feel good and actually look different. I see my face has leaned. That is where I always see it first.
Water intake is back to gallon a day.
208 is the heaviest I have been in years.
Party’s and gathering are over for a couple weeks. Time to buckle up and make it happen.
Today is chicken leg day. Plan to take it easy and see how knee does. Since last weeks knee pain I feel better, but can tell it’s not 100 percent. I will watch it and work around it.

Update and answer to some questions asked on last log.
Couple weeks in and so far so good.
Current dose as will stay here.

1. Testosterone cyp 400 per week - 200 mg per ml inject twice per week 1 ml each pin
2. Primo 400 per week- 100mg per ml inject twice per week 2 ml each pin.
3. Remidex and tomoxifin 1 tab each( don’t remember dose ) 24 hrs after inject.
4. HGH 2iu each day for 5 day then off 2 day
Hoping to start anavar soon

So far injections have gone smooth. No pip or pain.
Can’t say I feel any thing. Chest muscle feel a bit fuller. Could be placebo effect.
Trying primo cause it should not raise my BP like tren did. Might add tren at end but we shall see.

7. Single hand lat straight arm pull down
4x15 - 45 lb
8. Smith machine bent over rows, 4x12 - 100 lb straight into shrugs 4x20

Last Thursday was day with trainer.
Things were kinda strange.
I felt it a couple days prior but just thought it was soreness. My joints had started to hurt some. By Thursday they definitely felt different. Kinda dry feeling and sore.
I battle my estrogen on cycle. Normally I have to use AI to keep it down and some times don’t know when it is too high. I have never had it too low.
Last cycle I was able to keep prolactin down but estrogen was up. tren was cause of that.
No tren this cycle but do have primo. I started with same ai set up as the tren.
Remidex and tamoxifen with each injection. Tamoxifen keeps prolactin down. And keeps my lump from forming in right breast. Remindex keeps the estrogen down.
So after Thursday I had the idea maybe I had dropped my estrogen to low. That was an injection day. So I skipped the ai. Here I am on Saturday and things already feel better.
I am going to skip ai next injection on Monday the the following one next Thursday I will go to half dose. Should be starting the Anavar next week also.
Other than that today in gym felt great. I am enjoying this clean mild cycle.

Question. I don’t remember how long before you start to feel the anavar.
I am not getting greedy, hahaha. Just wondering. I know it’s not a huge feeling. Just nice and subtle.

@Slyderkt you think your estrogen is low why/ do you have bloods?
maybe joints dry because you leaner

and tamoxifen is a SERM it block estrogen receptors, it does nothing for prolactin bro

for anavar, 3-4 weeks to really get it into the system and feel it imo
 
For me in the past I have had a lump rise in one nipple. They have run test twice on it and say it is not gyno.
Just a non cancerous something or other.
I started remidex. It helped control the estrogen. But it wasn’t until I added tamoxifen the lump reduced back down in size.
I forgot I also used caber last time with the tamoxifen. I did not use the remidex. I was kind of experimenting. Maybe it was the caber that helped. All I know is at the end of the cycle my lump never came up, prolactin was down and estrogen was up.
Dr told me estrogen was up cause I had left out the remidex. That was based on blood work. I I added the remidex back in during clean up. Did bloods before starting this cycle and prolactin is still down and estrogen was down. All looked good.
At least all feel good now and will keep an eye on things. I will get blood before next dr visit.
It is nice I have a dr I can be honest with and he keeps me straight. He does scold me if he thinks I am doing things wrong.
