sleeping during day

Im on leave from work and i keep falling asleep during the day and missing meals. Is this heaps bad as far as gaining strength and size?

I think it was Arnie that said, 'you grow on your off days'.

I think I make some of my best gains when I can train like a mofo, go home, eat and then have a nap.

Just make sure you eat before you fall asleep.

If you are sleeping that much, you may need it right now.

It it is because you are depressed, then I may try to get out of the house and go for a walk instead.
