the debate of wether or not he's natural has been beaten to death. looks natural to me, damn huge though, for a natural.

some of the things he suggests are different than what a few people believe on here o rare things that people haven't heard of. things such as:

instead of eating 4000 calories, it would be best to eat 5000 calories and burn 1000, so your body's metabolism is faster and your body handles food better/more efficiently? previously, i would've thought that the catabolism of that much cardio wouldn't be worth it. (i guess i still think that)

anybody wanna check it out and tell me other interesting stuff you find and your opinions on these things? there's a lot of ads and stuff, but there's some articles in there..

I have one question: If he's all natural, why is he as bald as a friggin bowling ball?

(i.e. natural my ass)

why does everybody else shave their head? does that mean they juice?

look at him. he's not huge, but very very thick and pretty big.

either way, this is not the issue at hand

Skip is natural.

Skip is big, but not freaky. Remember he is 5'10" and about 50lbs lighter than most of the top pros. He competes at about 220lbs. I get annoyed when people accuse natural athletes of drug abuse. Look at B Fold. . . .he went from a 152lb thin kid into a 290lb behemoth. He didn't need drugs to do it.

As far as Skip is concerned, he is an inspiration and a positive thinker.

OMFG I knew something was up when my friend shaved his head. Now I have proof that he juices:D jk

No not all bald/shaven guys juice (e.g. Gandhi--he achieved his gargantuan physique through his innovative diets--fasting for weeks at a time). But bald/shaven guys that are big as Skip is? I dunno...

And no offense to the clean shaven dudes out there, it's just most of the ones I know that lift decided to go the aerodynamic route b/c they were losing hair related to AS use.

Someone posted a while back as to the ambiguity of the term "natural." It was solid post. The definition's not as clear cut as it sounds. So Skip never used anything ... ie. pro-hormones, hGH, LH, insulin, etc.? I'm not pointing fingers but I'm skeptical...

I always heard that big guys shave their heads because it makes their body look bigger. I mean, look at Shawn Ray for instance. He used to have hair, and he was big... but then he started shaving it, and i think he looks bigger.

I think its the same theory that porn stars use: shave your balls and your package looks bigger.

Not to stomp on you LS, but Skip is not natural. I know for a fact that he has used things that are not sold at your local GNC. My info is not from a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy. I'm not knocking the dude, he has acheived an excellent body natty or not. But, he is not natural.
