Size Training

Guys I've been training pretty hard for four years. I'm a senior in high school and I weigh 240. I'm 5'11'' and around 20% bodyfat. I'm pretty strong, but I don't look as muscular as I would like to. My chest is thick, but it does not sweep out at the bottom part like a bodybuilder's would. It just kind of dwindles into nothingness. How do I train to get my lower pecs to sweep out and look impressive? I've always pyramided up to 2-3 final sets of a heavy weight for 2-4 reps. Should I try to lower the weight and do more reps? Any other suggestions? Thx

I think you need to lower your bodyfat.

twue, twue... If you lost bf you would begin to see the sweep you are talking about... 20% bf is a little high to be seeing any kind of defention at all..

YUM

I agree with genar, drop you bf% and your chest will look bigger. As for actualy traning the lower chest I don't think its really possible. The old myth use to be declines would hit the lower chest but thats not true. But a great exercise for chest development that alot of people over look is weighted dips.

Not to be a smart ass. But you need no more input. Listen to what genarr said.

Get your body fat down to about 8 percent and you will look like a body builder and look alot bigger than you do now.
