Foreman grill is the shit.
i just had two fat steaks and am feeling stronger every week.
And i got a ton of chicken breasts as well.
I might need a little more variety with carbs...considering i basically only eat bagels for them...maybe some rice in the mix?

Rolled oats or old fashioned oatmeal!!!
