Single bodypart splits

After traing multiple parts multiple times per week- I am wondering how many people out there still only do one muscle group per workout?

Like Monday Chest, tuesday back, wed legs, etc.

I found that when I train this way focus is really not an issue, however, by doing multiple spilts Chest, tri, & back traps, rear delts- sometime the tank (brain) is not full-

ANy opiions?

i train 2 bodyparts per session, it works for me so i am sticking to it. What ever split has worked the best for you, go back to it and gain!

Here is mine:

day 1: chest+triceps
day 2: rest
day 3: legs+delts
day 4: rest
day 5: back+biceps

This has done wonders so far in terms of my mass building, with a good diet and plenty of rest.....what ever you do, dont overtrain, 4 times a week is the highest i have ever gone(basically one bodypart per session) and i did not gain half as much.....up 2 you!

I've worked one bodypart per session before and I did get some pretty good gains off of it. right now I'm on a two bodyparts per session routine. here's what mine looks like:
day 1: chest, tri's
day 2: back, hams
day 3: shoulder's, bi's
day 4: quads

so far this routine has worked great for me....especially with working back and hams together because of excercises such as stiff-leg-deadlifts and hyper estensions.
