simple meals?

I just moved into a new place and am kind of roughing it right now with no stove (just a microwave) and a mini-fridge. I drink a homemade MRP (consists of Protein Powder, Oatmeal, Natural Peanut Butter, Milk, and Frozen Berries) 3x per day, but have got to stop eating so much fast-food. What are some simple, economical, muscle building meals & snacks that I could try that doesn't require anything more than a microwave to prepare? Or are there any cheap cooking gadjets out there i should know about.

I have just enough room in fridge for Water, Milk, Juice, Frozen Berries, lunchmeat, and maybe 1-2 random small things.

Things I have already thought of are:

omelets
oatmeal
pb&j or lunchmeat sandwhichs

Also are there any Ramen Noodles that are made with Whole Grain pasta?

I shoot for about 400-600 calories per meal.

Any suggestions from the pros?

Also should not: allergic to seafood, fish, and bananas <---- yes it sucks.

George foreman makes a handy little grillin machine that you can make all kinds of lean foods on.....veggies, burgers, fish, sausage, etc etc....they probably have attachments for eggs and other things. I had one in my barracks room when i was in the Marines...they are definately worth the buy if you gotta rough it.

Get a lil cooker, like an electric frypan, Wok, or/and george forman grill. Cook chicken breats, lean ground beef, steaks..etc. Can also make stirfrys, chili..etc
Microwave veggies, rice, yams or toss in with other foods. You can make all your mass building foods fast and easy. Also these are so cheap to pick up too!

Get some more whole foods into ya, no need for the extreme amounts of shakes

I stick to one shake after workout and maybe one before bed. Your body will enjoy foods more than shakes and will allow you to grow more.......
