simple cardio question

How does one do this? What foods contain this stuff?

I'm going to want to start cutting in a month or so after I bulk a bit over the holidays.

There seems to be some controversy of l-glutamine. I tried it and did not feel anything but i think it helped in some other ways. I also use BCAA's (pill form) and it is doing wonders for me after a good workout and before going to bed. Do a search on bcaa's and discovery the benefits of it!
 
I take amino acid tabs 2222mg horse pill things 4 a day, been taking them for 7 months now. I assume they're helping quite a bit.
