Simple additions to tuna in a can

Defrosted frozen peas ... just run 'em under hot water in a collander.
 
add tomatoe, onion, cilantro, lemon or lime, and a little hot sauce if you want and i gaurantee this is the shit.

only problem with hot sauce is it has a lot of salt
 
I am a simple man...I just add a little lemon pepper, garlic salt, or hot sauce. That fried rice sounds good, just have this thing about not liking leftovers. Yes I cook all my meals EVERYDAY.
 
tried the cajun seasoning/hot sauce combo a couple times... not too bad. still not tuna's #1 fan though.
