man, it sure would be awesome to have started training sooner (like freshman year of highschool instead of end of senior year) and to have kickass genetics.
 
i think my attained size are the result of starting training at 11 years old, eating everything in site, and having better-than-average genetics.

i cant diet down. i would lose a lot of the mass i have left because i couldnt get the right amount of protein to keep the little i do have. guess its time to rake leaves so i can buy some powder.

i may get some sort of pics up this week. be it a portrait or a rare opportunity to oogle over my flirtatious flubber, i'll get one. i dont have the size i used to have. my arms are down to a fat 17", and i now have tits if i sit at the right angle. all measurements are down at least an inch and a half and bodyfat and weight are way up. perhaps these can be new 'before' pics.

today, i went and did some lat and upper back work, then i mutilated my bi's. felt so good. spatts, do you think it would work if i had a split like this?:

mon - back/tri's
tue - ME bench, no assistance work
wed - chest/bi's
thur - off
fri - squats then some direct leg work, shoulders
sat - off
sun - DE bench, no assistance work.

i was thinking i could do some form of periodization or a light-heavy split for squats instead of ME and DE work, since it would save me time and money

My concern would be lack of hypertrophy due to recovery time (or lack of), and your bench work suffering from being prefatigued by the day before...and of course CNS issues from hitting the sampe muscles again after bench. I dunno, man. Depends on if you are trying to 1RM the max work.
 
hmm...how about this:

mon - squats, legs
tue - off
wed - ME bench, tri's (alternate 3rm, 1rm every week on ME work)
thur - off
fri - chest, shoulders, bi's
sat - off
sun - DE bench, no assistance work

and do active recovery any time i feel i need it

i'll look on e-bay tomorrow to try to find some cheap protein

oatmeal= 4 bucks

yes, i get the point. but i need something for during school. i ate a PB and J sandwich between classes yesterday and today, and i was late both times. i need something i can guzzle down real quick. i have about 10 cups of milk a day, albeit it's chocolate. maybe i should cut the chocolate and go for regular. heh
