i think my attained size are the result of starting training at 11 years old, eating everything in site, and having better-than-average genetics.
i cant diet down. i would lose a lot of the mass i have left because i couldnt get the right amount of protein to keep the little i do have. guess its time to rake leaves so i can buy some powder.
i may get some sort of pics up this week. be it a portrait or a rare opportunity to oogle over my flirtatious flubber, i'll get one. i dont have the size i used to have. my arms are down to a fat 17", and i now have tits if i sit at the right angle. all measurements are down at least an inch and a half and bodyfat and weight are way up. perhaps these can be new 'before' pics.
today, i went and did some lat and upper back work, then i mutilated my bi's. felt so good. spatts, do you think it would work if i had a split like this?:
mon - back/tri's
tue - ME bench, no assistance work
wed - chest/bi's
thur - off
fri - squats then some direct leg work, shoulders
sat - off
sun - DE bench, no assistance work.
i was thinking i could do some form of periodization or a light-heavy split for squats instead of ME and DE work, since it would save me time and money
