Take a 25 year old who's spent lots of time in the gym " paid his dues " give him 200mg per week for 4 weeks(hmmm impressive, since deca takes 3 or 4 weeks to even kick in period.) and he'll make fucking gains like he has never seen before in his entire life . At this low a dose and time frame suppression is pretty much none existant as well as side effects ...
Take the next 4 weeks off and do water retention tricks like a creatine cycle or 12 once of water every waking hour as well as 6 decicated liver tabs and nuts to snack on all day long ... get the body holding some water to aid in strength and use to the extra weight ..
After that 4 week off period do another mild product like primo at 200 mg per week (once again idiotic, primo must be ran at 600mg minimum for a man) along with some var to solidify the results made on the deca cycle ... train like a fuckin ape for 4 weeks[COLOR=DarkSlateGray]( you cannot use any aas to solidity gains. its like people that think dbol followed by winny will keep all their gains, pct bro)[/COLOR]
