Okay i've been working out/watching diet for 3 weeks.
I'm getting SICK of tuna...it MAKES MY STOMACH TURN.
how do you guys get your fill of protein? I have 2 prot. shakes a day. OTher than that I would prefer to eat real meals.
Looking at TUNA just makes me want to hurl! I have to scrunch my eyes/nose and grit my teeth to eat it.....
ps i cant eat other meats ..b/c i'm not a big meat eater. only chicken and i'm sick of that too
