It's been while now my delts, especially left front been acting up. I can barely go 50% on any press movements, whenver I try any type of chest press my front delts always trying to take the load, I corrected my form, holding shoulder blades back n tight, got the arch right. Still, my front delts insist on taking the stress and obv they can't handle 100lb+ Dumbbells or such so it causes a horrible stabbing feeling in the delt. Chest barely gets a pump. Wasn't always this way I used to be able to do 120s for reps and felt all the stress on chest.. I suspected rotator cuff, so I took time off, did rotator cuff exercises warming up, tried everything I know.. I'm at a loss, it's Such a demotivating feeling .. Any insight on this greatly appreciate it
