Hi all, just wondering if anyone can give me some shoulder workouts, cause the ones i have know just aren't doing it for me I'm looking for something intense. any help is appreciated
today i did behind the neck press, DB military then upright rows superseted with laterial raises.. it was pretty intense.. and only took about 30 min..
Barbell or dumbell military press
followed by 3 sets of lateral raises (seated) all sets to failure
then reverse flyes three sets all to failure
push press for 2 sets behind the neck is what I do
the key is to vary rep range and go for good form, try to keep hand somwhat far apart on barbell to minimize tri work
