Whenever I finish a shoulder workout, I feel as if I didn't go hard enough because I dont feel the intense pump like I do after a chest/bi/tri/leg workout. Why?
The funny thing is, is that my shoulders and traps are growing. That's what I dont understand, and if I go harder, maybe they'll grow bigger, but I don't know how much my shoulders can handle because I dont want to overtrain them. Maybe it's my routine I'm doing, I've switched it up many times, but I'm still not satisfied with my progress.
When I do traps, they burn only for the time that I'm at the gym, during the exercise, so after I'm finished, I dont feel really that much stress on them.
If someone could post a shoulder and trap routine I would appreciate it. I want these suckers to grow.
Thanks for any help guys!
