T tzan New member Dec 2, 2001 #1 I usually work my chest with my front and side delts and then a different day for my back and my rear delts. Do you think it would make more sense for me to change it so I do my chest and front delts and then my back with my side and rear delts??

M Mike P.T. New member Dec 2, 2001 #2 your doing it right bro. since working rear delts hits the upper mid back muscles its better to blast them on back day leaving more days for recovery.
