Shoulder Injury - Please Help

Well been to docs for the 3rd time and again they say I've pulled a muscle. The indention has probably always been there apparently and is exaggerated due to the slight swelling.

My range of mobility is completely normal I've been told. I could easily move my arm in all the positions she asked me to and I could also push against her and pull etc...

On another forum though, a guy is saying it could be a labrum tear. Would my range of mobility be normal though if I had a labrum tear?

Little FYI hun, when it comes to injuries always trust the advice of the person who can see/feel/touch you, and whose diploma you can see hanging on the wall, over someone on the internet. And I don't care if the person on the internet claims to have tenure at Johns Hopkins.

:D

I guess you're right again mom. Anyway, shoulder has felt k today. A lot better than in recent days. Hopefully, I'll make a full recovery.

Thanks again,

RoEy

You're not the full ten days out. You're not allowed to worry until things aren't right after the full ten days :qt:

Shoulder feels much better now and I want to get back to the gym as it's making me feel groggy.

Can anyone give me a light shoulder routine that will build some strength for me?

Just haven't got a clue what I should do.

Just thought about cardio and light shoulder exercises for a week perhaps?

Thanks,

RoEy

Well, what was your previous routine that you had been doing before your were injured?
