Should or can the same type of meat be eaten everyday?

I eat 200g of meat for my dinner (meal 3) everyday.

I like chicken, turkey, and beef.

What would be a suitable ratio to eat these at, e.g chicken EOD?

Obviously I don't want to be eating beef everyday because of the high level of fat.

Basically - Will my body benefit from eating different types of amino acids/proteins from these foods? Would pork also be acceptable 1 day a week?

you can eat the same thing every day...

its good to vary your meat sources to get benefits from red meat. But ur question is can you eat the same thing? yes you can

Because with such things as Tuna with the high level of mercury and such, eggs are high in cholestrol, beef in fat and especially pork. They all have their draw backs...

yeah you can eat the same thing every day but you may as well get diversity

i would suggest varing the way you cook it so you don't get sick of the same taste, but other than that doesn't matter if you eat the same type of food every day

you realize the egg cholesterol myth has been debunked right? same with beef high in fat. there are a plethora of lean cuts of beef. i agree with the mercury in tuna part.

AMERICAN hEART ASSOCIATION STANDS BY THE FACT THAT 100 PERCENT OF DAILY CHOLESTROL NEEDS (that 100 percent of good or bad) IS WITH IN ONE EGG. The yolk not the white (bros I'm not telling you they are sooo terrable for you I eat 6 eggs every morning and 3 yolks) I'm just stating the facts when I say this!

Either way I can not continue to argue this fact with people on here, my point is simply why not get an asortment because everything has pros and cons and I'd personally like to get say a little bit more cholestrol in eggs, and little bit a certian type of fat; be it mono, trans, natural, etc in ground beef, or a certian type of oil from fish or whatever whatever whatever rather than eat 90 cans of tuna week and nothing else and get strictly that one area of issue as a constant, why not get 30 percent mercury, 20 percent cholestrol, 15 percent oils, etc etc etc rather 100 percent mercury where as at that point it is dangerious (when a certian amount is ok/good as is cholestrol).

hopefully you can grasp my point here, it's like 6am here.
