I did a couple things wrong yesterday and I'm afraid to go lift today. I'm scheduled for a 5x5 chest day, and I made some mistakes in preparing for the workout. First I didn't sleep well at all the entire weekend. I also played homerun derby yesterday and made my shoulder a little tired from all the throwing, it's not sore but it feels tired. I did eat well so that's a bonus. I'm just afraid that I'll fail on my attempt at 240 for 5x5, I haven't failed yet and I don't want to be disappointed and then blame it on not getting good rest.
