Should I train today or wait until tomorrow?

I did a couple things wrong yesterday and I'm afraid to go lift today. I'm scheduled for a 5x5 chest day, and I made some mistakes in preparing for the workout. First I didn't sleep well at all the entire weekend. I also played homerun derby yesterday and made my shoulder a little tired from all the throwing, it's not sore but it feels tired. I did eat well so that's a bonus. I'm just afraid that I'll fail on my attempt at 240 for 5x5, I haven't failed yet and I don't want to be disappointed and then blame it on not getting good rest.
 
wait til tommorow, no sense in only being able to put forth 95% when u can wait a day and put in 100%
 
I would go in too, but then again, i get really crabby if i have a shitty workout. Maybe try taking a nap, then go.
 
A lot of times I have my best workouts when I feel a little sluggish heading to the gym. It seems to work this way a lot for me. Sometimes when Im really pumped up to lift I perform horribly. So if you are a little tired, I wouldnt worry about it too much cause you never know what can happen when you get under the bar. I stress "little" here, if you are totally exhausted and sore just rest up and hit it up tomorrow.
