Should i stay away from red meats?

veal isn't too bad, but do you have anything against eating a full grown cow?

BTW while we are on the subject of red meat.... what % lean ground beef does everyone get?

I personally don't like anything that has more fat that 92% lean and that is pushing it.

I have nothing against the full grown cow i just thought for some reason veal might be better for ya, and for the % id say like you said 92 is pushing it id stay at 95 but i havent eaten red meat in a while cuz i thought it was terrible but then again all i used to eat was fat free boneless chicken witch really does become bland and tastelesss after a while.

I like the lean ground turkey. I get either 93% lean or 97% lean. I brown it on the stove top and then rinse in a strainer when it is done. Mix some with some salsa and it is real good.

Sarge's Stages of Nutritional Taste:

Stage 1: Eating for flavor (Nutirent empty foods, Bad)

Stage 2: Eating for nutrientional value (Nutritent dense foods, Good)

Stage 3: Figure out how to "spice" up all the bland food.

You'll learn not to care too much about eating "bland" stuff after a while... then you'll read on here and figure out ways to spice things up. I have yet to get to stage 3 yet :) ... although I did put tabasco sauce in some dry tuna I had the other day, lol.

Do you guys just make burgers with your lean ground meat? or cook it and scarf it down?

I will make burgers, brown it (all crumbled up) and toss in a little bit of cheese, lettuce, tomato some cumin and other spices and call it a taco salad (no tortilla, chips, or anything)

i cook it as burgers and just ground up depending on what i want. i usually cook it with some pepper, garlic, and tobasco. usually weigh it out and throw it on some brown rice for lunch the next day.

i eat very lean meat lol contrary to like everyone i have met so far, i cant stand fatty meats. I eat a piece of fat and i have to spit it out or else i will lose my meal. But everyone i have talked to says its the best part and its really good (tasting, not healthy)

What kind of red meats are alright or should i stay away from all of em?

There is no need to stay away from red meat. There is plenty of lean steak and lean ground beef out there.
