There is no magic gyno pose, but if I even think my nip is feeling itchy just put the hand on the same side as the nip behind your head and flare your elbow out. Sorta like an ab pose.
This stretches out and flattens the pec so you can get a real critical look and feel.
Honestly though I really don't worry about the shit up to 500mg a week. I haven't done more than 500 a week nor plan to for a good while until I need it and/or my lifts have gone up ALOT.
Even then I probably wouldn't use adex at 750-1gram a week unless the bloat got retarded and my blood pressure felt wacked out.
You're probably just being paranoid.
I look once twice a day in the mirror maybe just for visual, but I think you would KNOW if you really were getting gyno. Pain, tenderness, swelling and/or a noticeable lump under your nip.
Like I said before I have had oil migrate close to the nip area from a chest shot in the past and it weirded me out cuz it puffed up the nip area abit, but there was no pain or lumps under the nip so I kept my paranoia in check and within 4-5 days the oil cleared out and all was well.
That was the closest to thinking I had gyno, but again I knew that I wasn't getting the real symptoms and afterward realized it was the chest shot itself.
