Should I drink water Before or After meal?

Hello all!

I am confused, should I drink water BEfore I eat, or after?

I heard that drinking water just after eating is bad for digestions.

someone told me to try to drink water preferable in between meals, and also before and after meals

he told me that drinking water while eating food is not good and also he claims it's the reason that MY ABS WEREN'T SHOWING!!

I'm not sure if tha'ts true or not, so I won't / can't mock it....can anyone confirm this?

what the f...sorry man,i have never heard that.you should naturally be drinking alot of water a day(1-2 gallons),but if abs aren't showing the first thing i would say(withou seeing you) is bodyfat not low enough.not saying you are fat,but abs will show when you get that bodyfat low enough.maybe he's confused with holding water.i say that's not at all why you can't see your abs,let me ask you this...whenyou get up in the morning,can you see your abs before you eat or drink??if you can see them then,then i believe you are gettin that smooth feeling from what ever you're eating,if you can't see your abs to begin with,it won't matter if you are having water with a meal.............

acutally , my top four abs show in the morning and they do fade out as the day goes on, but I know the main reason for my abs not showing is that my bf% is 10.5, not 8% or lower, which is what you need to have legit abs showing.

i know ur right, I was being super wishful by making that point about the water
