I have been sticking to a good diet for about four months now, and I lost about 35 punds while I have been getting a little bit bigger also, but I recently went back to school, and the food is much worse than at home. I hear all the time about if I am working out regualrly that I need red meat in my diet too, but the only red meat available is shitty hamburger, that is just full of fat. I usually can get good grilled chicken to eat.
I was wondering if there is something I can do to get more red meat into my diet. Plus how does eating the same things every day effect the diet? Because my options are very limited in what I can eat.
