i've posted this on AR, but i need help quick...

just got my high performance blast today...i think its' way too fuckin small...it doesnt even come down all the way...should i send it back and get a bigger size? when i got measurements i was supposed to measure from mid-chest, right? thats what i did

i have a meet in just a couple weeks..the 28th. should i put plates in the arms and the chest to stretch it out?

when i tried to get 135 to touch..it pinched so bad at mid-stroke i had to press back up. i've never had any experience in a shirt before..

i doubt you have time to get a new one...

so you may as well just try and get used to it while you can. cinch it down with a belt.
doa few partials with some weight, and then go progressively heavier..

just make sure the armpits are pulls ALLLLLL the way down o else it will make you cry :(

thats the thing, it seems too tight to pull the armpits down. thats the only problem...the neck and arms dont go down/up all the way

nope...im afraid it will mix with my sweat and stain the shirt to hell...plus i cant try the shirt on again yet because my neighbor-turned-helper just left for a couple hours

i called some lady from inzer and she said that poly's are a pain in the ass and it should take a while to get them on brand new

the thing is, we couldnt get the armpits pulled down because the shirt was too tight to grab onto

maybe somebody could stick something in there and pry the shirt out so somebody else can pull it down?

these shirts are the most confusing aspect of lifting i've come across yet

Like i said on the other board , the shirt is not to tight it just takes some practie getting into. Grit your teeth and put some weight on the bar. If you bench 250 raw it will probably take at least that to touch. THe first time i helped someone put on a poly it took 20 minutes and my knuckles were bleeding by the end . A trick is for them to use their elbow and lean into it while you lean away or hold onto something. It takes practice and a certain pain threshold to use them sometimes. Keep workin' at it and i will come.

When I got my poly, i thought it was too small as well. It turned out to be the right size. They are just super tight. But i suppose yours could be too small.

The first time we tried to get Spatts shirt on her it took about 30 minutes. After a couple of workouts it only take about 5 minutes. Just have to work with it.

Open back denim....does it get any better?
