as long as you are not allergic seafood is perfectly fine to eat 2X per week. the best seafood is wild caught fatty fish due to the omega 3's
there is way too much made about 'getting protein'.. that is what 30 years of nonstop supplement company propaganda will do. i can remember 10 years ago it was standard on a forum to bash someone who said they ate shrimp for dinner.. because shrimp doesn't have 'very much' protein, so you MUST drink a protein shake with it or your muscles will dissapear! lol, we have come a long way
