I am starting Sheiko 29 on Monday. I have always liked pressing more than benching although I do both. I was wondering if keeping the same percentages for strict press as Benching and running the program like that would be okay.
 
Well then you wouldn't be running the Sheiko program would you? ;)

I like to OHP better than bench too. But, in this program, the bench is critical to it. Remember that this is a powerlifting based program, and the bench is one of the powerlifts.

I would say run the 10 (or is it 13 week) version of it as it is written, then decide for yourself where you want to make adjustments.
