sex drive for women?Mods/Experts!

Gee, I wish my fiance wanted it at least 3 times a week

Ok, that's abnormal. You need to get him something for his libido. Wow.

I just had to add that I'm a vegetarian and there's nothing wrong with my libido. My husband these days is constantly randy (juiced), and it's the happiest damned side effect I've ever encountered.

You got that right! I read once a man's libido is a barometer of his fitness (both mental and physical combined), something is amiss . . . Of course the same statement can be applied to the lady-friend in question. Pro-hormones are the wrong way, increasing her mental and physical fitness as well as her self-esteem will be far more productive.

Fair enough, but exceptions do not disprove tendancies shown in research. SO you are in the minority of people who do not see a reduction in sex hormone levels on a vegetarian diet. Most people will.

True enough, though if people get enough protein (which isn' t as hard as you might think), it shouldn't be a problem. In this culture we're fairly miseducated about vegetarianism (about as miseducated as we are about anabolics), but it's actually a perfectly valid diet. But it's not as simple as simply eliminating meat, which is what many Westerners do when they decide to eat cruelty free.

Sorry to derail the topic, but vegetarianism's rather dear to me.

A vegetarian diet that includes dairy products can be healthy, however a strict veagan diet is not by any means healthy. In any event, sorry if you find evolution to be cruel. We are omnivorious by nature, due to our evolutionary process. Life feeds on life. This is the way of nature. I'll eat yoru share of meat for you though. I take in 5 ibs a day.

... as a side note most AMericans, bodybuilders included, do NOT eat enough raw green veggetables for optimal health, nor in the same ratio that our ancestors did, and this is just as bad as a veagan diet.

Or maybe just lose 40 pounds ... Speaking of, he got some equipment for home and is going to teach me some things about lifting... I'm kinda excited and hope I catch on well enough

I would be down for 3X weekly if I were sexually active, no doubt. I think most women would be more enthusiastic if they knew they were always going to be satisfied. I hook up with B.O.B 4-5 nights a week, but he's Mr. Sureshot. I know I'm always going to get mine.

When we discuss women's sex drive I think men tend to overlook the fact that the degree of sastisfaction a woman is getting has a very big influence in how often she says she wants it.
