i like to zone in when i train, and i dont like random hard ons because of memories of what i was just doing, so sex is usually at different times to working out. that being said, i just put up with crap workouts and random boners
beware of the 15 minute sex session which magically goes for 2 hours though (you look at the alarm clock and think..NO WAY...lol)
Sex b4 workouts kills....and especially before sports...even if its up to an hour before...it'll wear you out...oral on the other hand is actually quite relaxing and focusin...
I play soccer, and before a match me and chick got along really well. 5mins into the game I'm dizzy, outta breath, cacophony in the ears - the same feeling kinda like dehydration. So sex/head before intense activity is a nono
try this: get oral but dont nut....you'll be very angry all game...test levels will be through the roof....just make sure you doing punch no body...redcards come easy when test is too high >=)
