Umm so many to choose from....
Now bare with me I dont know that right names for most of the machines....
I think the ab one, where its up high and just has arm rest, and you just lift your legs, knees over the arm rest that would be good.
Or maybe the one, that's used for back stuff I think, I use to use if for that, you bend over holding weights.
Well just bend way over for that one.
Then of course, there's the on big machine that I have seen people use for there arms, and theres like ropes on both sides, and they pull them down to the middle.
That would be a great bondge one, hands and feet tied up.
