I am a newbie to this board, and any help or advice my way would be terrific! Thanks!
I am 5'9" and weigh 125#. I have always been lean and have always had a hard time putting on weight, and what my goal is to add muscle in upper body as well as my legs. My diet, for the most part, has always been normal, but I am eating more protein now and foods that will help achieve my goal. I have been hitting the gym at least 5 days a week. I also have a protein assimilation disorder where it is harder for me to digest certain foods, like meat...proteins. I have added protein shakes to hopefully help with this problem.
What I am asking for is suggestions for a first cycle that will be the most effective for added size, minimal side effects.... THANKS
