Well, it's pretty basic, but here it is......

24 HB Egg Whites
6 Yolks
4 TBSP Lite Mayo
a couple sugar free sweet pickles chopped up (or SF sweet relish)
2 pkts Splenda

....that's it! Takes forever to cut those eggs up :rolleyes: lol
 
Hey SG! That egg salad looks good. I couldn't dare bring anything low fat to any summertime party around here. :) Caught hell for bringing healthy choice low fat hot dogs last time around. Didn't think they'd notice the difference that much. :)

Haha I made the mistake of throwing it away in their garbage. Someone saw it and went nuts. I'll bring the low carb tortillas next time. Have to find a way to piss them off somehow. :)

Well, I've decided I'm just too hungry all the time and I really need to get my calories down a little more, so I went to dps and ordered some Hoodia. I also got a box of Universal LC bars and a box of Universal Proteon bars (for when I'm in a pinch or having a sweet fit). Then I jumped over to Anafit and ordered some Glucorell and more SesaPure. Just got more YES last week. I just wanted to keep buying and buying and buying....but I made myself stop. VERY excited to use the Glucorell - haven't used it before.

Funny story for the day......remember when I said I have a cat that was sent "straight from hell"? Well, this morning (which is no different than EVERY morning) he was attacking my other cat (the shaved one). He totally pounces, holds him down and bites his head. They're growling and kicking, my cat from hell's hair is all standing on end......and this is how he PLAYS!!!!!!

So I'm chasing him (Hank) around the house with a quirt bottle to get him off Bill. I come back up to the loft to be on EF and it starts all over again. Well, this morning I dedided to hold the little shit under the bathtub faucet to see if that would "cool him off" a bit.......HA HA

Haven't seen him since..........hopefully that'll teach him! :lmao:

Be back later......off to the gym and work! :)

YOU KILL ME... ha ha ha See I would of held him under the water and left him there ..... Nahh... I'm not a big cat fan... but I'm not cruel either. Even though I have dissected cats! Pretty neat. The guys in the class were taking heads from some cats, and bodies from different cats and walking around the room placing the head's on opposite bodies and making puppets out of them. Now I didn't do that.... But it was funny. :evil:

OMG, Treil!!!!! That is just ......... WRONG!!!! lol (the bodies, heads thing)

He's def a pain in the ass in the morning. Starts tearing around the house acting like a crazy man. At first I thought he was just jacked up on cat nip, but I've come to realize this is just HIM :eek2: Now I know why he was at the shelter!!!! lol

He stayed in the bathroom with me while I was in the shower. I got out and was drying off and he jumped up on the side of the tub. When I bent over and started squeezing the water out of my hair, he did the Scooby Doo Scramble to get away from the tub!!! lol Pretty funny :lmao:

Also seems to put me in a good mood, i've only been taking it one week so far. The best product from SA i find is THINZ (I grew in SA, but I find this on the Internet and they deliver to USA) and it is made of d-Norpseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 50,00 mg In a slow release form. Maybe u have taken it in some other product, but it works the best for me, but you have to cycle it or you build up a tollerance.

Good luck, tell me if you find anything good, cause i'm permentantly hungry! Also let me know how Gluorell works as I've just recieved the Trex and YES.

I'm sitting here REALLY wanting to eat and I have another hour to go! GRRRRRRRRRR :evil:

I ordered this Hoodia product from dps nutrition on the net and I'm hoping it'll do the trick. Sassy has said that Hoodia worked well for her, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

I take ephedrine and caffiene 2x a day sometimes with t-rex. Nelms yells at me for taking it so much, but I love it! lol

I use YES every morning after exfoliating and I really like it. When you take your t-rex, make sure you don't have an empty stomach and eat something when you take it. It'll tear the belly UP!!! Great thermo action!

I have this HUGE cookie in my drawer that a client bought me 2 days ago. I want it SOOOOOO bad, but I'm deliberatly doing this to myself for strength! lol It's the "week before" for me and it's also my craving week, so I'm showing myself I can do it! lol

My boy cat (Tommy) used to hit on the others and I used to yell at him, etc....but it seemed like he did it for the attention, so I started ignoring it & he eventually stopped.....

I like the kitty names - Hank & Bill!! I may soon have a new addition myself....little boy cat - thinking of either Jasper or Sam.

I've tried to ignore it, but when you have a screaming cat getting beat up, you can't help but want to strangle the one doing the beating up! lol It usually happens downstairs when I'm upstairs so I go flying down there after them!

Awwwww, a new kitty?!?!?!? I've had a Sam, but not a Jasper. Both are cute names! Do you have a kitty you're looking at?

Yep - my neighbor is fostering some kittens from a local animal shelter (she now has 10 cats in the house!!) and I really like 1 of them - he's soooo cute!! So I may take him.....

You know what I did? I'm such a dumbass! lol I came in to tan before the studio opened and when I got about a mile down the road when I left, I cussed out loud because I FORGOT MY COOKIE!!! :lmao: So now I have to stare at it for ANOTHER week! I ended up getting some Ben & Jerry's choc ice cream with chunks of brownie in it and a single serving cherry pie. :rolleyes:

*I got my order from dps today and also my order from Anafit last Friday, so I'm now FAITHFULLY taking SesaPure again and starting Hoodia *per Sassy's posts* and Glucorell. I realized that my progress wasn't really going anywhere and also realized that #1 I haven't been taking my Sesa like I had in the past and #2 my calories are a little too high and I'm always hungry (hence the Hoodia). We'll see how this goes.

I've also been told my my CMT NOT to train my shoulders :rolleyes: When I said I've got chest today, she said NO. SOOOOOOOO, LEGS IT IS!!!! We're aggressivly treating my shoulder with myofacial release 2x per week until further notice. When it starts getting a little better, we'll drop it down to 1x per week...etc., etc.

So, do you think if there is no pain when I train it would be ok? I find when I do lighter weight I don't have any shoulder pain while training........this is just happening at the WRONG time with all these shows coming up! :( How am I supposed to look my best when I'm not on top of my game?!?!?!?!

O.k. I'm going to comment here on the shoulder take it or leave it....
I would never suggest to someone to stop totally doing something unless they had a sharp pain. I would suggest that you still train shoulders maybe do more like a physical therapy routine for them. Making sure to hit all the muscles equally. Let me guess.... Your supr, and infr are loaded with knots?!?! That's what I typically see. In which case reverse DB flyes, or lying on your side, arm bent at 90 degrees (upper arm stays against your side) and abduct your forearm from 90 until perpendicular to the ground and then back to parallel. That will help strengthen the back of the shoulder. Also, when strengthening the back of the shoulder (if you currently are feeling any pain along the bicipital groove) it should help pull the shoulder joint back into it's proper location. Not moving something and keeping it stagnate helps assist people in getting frozen shoulder syndrome. Not good.
Again... just a suggestion. I would go lighter on chest day.

Thank you for commenting, Treil. It's not muscle soreness, it's in the joint itself. It's posterior and toward the top of the joint (under the acromion). I always train rear delts and they're pretty developed - toot toot! lol I've been warming up with some rotator extensions, which actually feel REALLY good when I do them. I just use a little 5# DB to warm up before I go to my actual training for the day. I usually only experience a sharp pain when I go too heavy. It's a good thing I'm not bulking right now.....I'd be perturbed!!!

With that said....do you have anything to add?

More then likely is the SIT attachments points (They are on the posterior shoulder joint)
I understand it's not the muscles that are sore... But if the joint is hurting posteriorly I'm still assuming that the muscles need more strengthening in comparison to the front of the shoulder.
I'm not saying your posterior rotators are not developed I'm saying that your chest muscles may be more developed then the rotators and in that case the rotators will start stretching. (Tug of war between the two so to speak)

So she needs to work on those muscles getting the knots out, but also give you chest stretching exercises so that the chest muscles can go back to their normal tonus which will allow the eccentric rotators to go back to their normal tonus. I'm sorry if that's confusing...
So do extra chest stretching, and the posterior shoulder strengthening work. It always feels better to finish your routine with the posterior work especially after you've done all that pushing (with chest day or shoulder day).
5 pounds is actually not a bad weight. Unless you feel a sharp pain I wouldn't worry to much about the dull achey stuff.
Also ice the shoulder 15 minutes and take some IBuprofen to get some of the inflammation settled down. I would do that right after any major upper body work. It will also help you out.

Thank you, Treil! :heart: I have my Ibuprofin right here and I also brought my ice pack with me today. It's been pretty sore today for some reason. Haven't trained since Friday. She's coming in to work on me at 5:00 and then I'm going straight to the gym, so I don't know if it would be wise to train chest or not.....I'll probably flip flop that with legs and do chest tomorrow. I'll get to stretching the chest out as much as possible. Funny you said that because I feel like chest is one of my weak points so I train it heavier, but everything else lighter during cutting. I could do more than 5# for the rotator, but it's just a warm-up, so I didn't think I needed anything heavier....do I?

It's pretty much dull achey stuff ALL THE TIME! I'm so tired of being in pain!

Thanks for the kitty video, Alex! The one with the printer reminds me of mine. I'm always afraid he's going to get his little foot caught in there one of these days. He sees the paper being run thru the machine and it drives him nuts!!! lol

Speaking of the Hoodia. I just realized this but I ate at 12:30 and I'm just now thinking about food again. So after taking my first dose of it I can say yes - it's making a difference already!
 
Yeah I have to unplug anything at home that mine might get into too. She was casually sitting in my bookcase the other day all blended in with everything around her. I look up and see these two big green eyes staring at me. :)

Might have to give the hoodia a shot. Driving by some restaurants around here is driving me crazy lately.....And they all have a take out entrance now too. Hmmm. :idea:

Sunday I have one now. Outback takeout last week. ;) Chicken and ribs. No fries. Veggies from home. But that loaf of bread that comes with it was gone in no time. :)

That's more like it! I had Outback too! The Caesar Salad with Shrimp on the Barbie.....and of course the bread. That was only a semi-cheat(bread) though.

I like to go sit and be served. I get so tired of making all this food all the time, I just want to be lazy on my cheat day! lol

Never been to one of those things. We have a Taste of Hartford here in CT where they have all the restaurants bring samples of their food. I'm sure I'd be banned from ever coming back after my first trip around. :)
