*found out one of the girls at the gym is doing the Midwest States competition in July - figure. I've got my VIP tickets already. She's learning how to pose. This is her first show. What's the name of that video on posing? I told her I would check on it and let her know. I can't remember right off the top of my head.

Well, it's pretty basic, but here it is......

24 HB Egg Whites
6 Yolks
4 TBSP Lite Mayo
a couple sugar free sweet pickles chopped up (or SF sweet relish)
2 pkts Splenda

....that's it! Takes forever to cut those eggs up :rolleyes: lol
