LOL - I don't know, but the more the merrier! lol Well, I'm not so sure about that actually....a little close for comfort - know what I mean?

I always refer people here and tell them I'm on all day pretty much EVERY day. I did go to another board for a bit today. It's a good board with quite a few competitors - mostly guys. The women's forum was lacking - but superqt has been there and posted before her fall show last year.

I need to eat, I have a headache (from NOT eating, I'm sure). I ate a couple peppermint discs at the gym....it's becoming a daily ritual.

So anyway, regardless of who knows what.....I don't care.

Well woman then eat so you'll feel better and that headache will go away Nice... I don't care attitude... its great

Had a couple WASA and a bit of ANPB, but it didn't help. I waited too long. Sugar headaches are the WORST - other than the hormonal ones.......I don't have any Ibuprofin here. It's at the studio ........uuurrrrggggg.....I'm tired, grumpy, have a headache and I DON'T feel like cooking. It's the end of the week and all I really have in the fridge is romaine and HB eggs....

Eh, there's a steak in there but the thought of beef makes me want to hurl too.....CRAP!!!!

...was planning on a zig zag day today anyway, but my cals are extremely low - which means so is my pro - which means I need to feed my face!

WE are on almost the exact same page ha ha... just checked my cals on fitday and I am only at 900 for the day eeeeks... and what do I have in my fridge since I haven't gotten my @$$ to the store... ummm eggs, eggs, or ahhh eggs? Wonder what I'll be eating in a few

My headache started going away about half way into my meal!!!! I know better than that!
