T-rex is a thermogenic stimulant. We use a lot of sups from the AF store.....go here to see the products. I also use YES & SesaPure. I have in the past used Cardio Breeze and I'll be ordering Glucorell - there are MANY more products also......go here to check them out! :)

WELL its been a 'minute' since I lifted and this week I finally started up again. Now my mobility of the left shoulder is really limited. Its a little swolen and stiff. Im letting it chill....
