I think Nelms was just REALLY bored! lol

Thank you everyone for your comments. I really appreciate them! I'm trying to stay motivated. I'm getting up in the AM for cardio now and still getting my training in, but I am starting to get this "awww, do I HAVE to" nagging little voice lately. I'm posting my diet here, but I haven't posted it up in fitday since last week! I need to get back to that too.

Keeping up with Bunny and the precomp girls is one of my ways to push and not let that little voice do any CONVINCING!!!! lol

**grabbed a couple of mints at the front counter to give me a little sugar energy - seems to help on leg day - especially when I haven't eaten enough

Hack Squats (sled)
