I just shake really bad to the point it is hard to walk after my calve workout! I look really funny at the gym. I have to train my shoulders first and calves last other wise I am shaking so much I can't lift other weights!
 
More to come later this week! Just got back from the gym and my camera was sitting right there :twirl:

does anyone else get chills when training calves? At the end of my set when I hit failure, I get chills and goosebumps

5:45 - LEGS - light day
**grabbed a couple of mints at the front counter to give me a little sugar energy - seems to help on leg day - especially when I haven't eaten enough

SM Lunges
20x15, 30x15, 30x15

SM Squats - legs out in front to hit glutes - ATF
50x10 - 3 sets

Hack Squats (sled)
90x10 - 3 sets

Seated Leg Curl
70x10 - 3 sets

Uni Leg Extension
30 each side x 10
20 each side x 12 - 2 sets

Your arms are getting nice and CUT...wow!!

Mine will look like little minature musCKles compared to yours and bunny's!! :(
