You usually recieve a 5g scoop with the product.

MetRx or Prolab both use creapure, which is one of the best/purest powders you can get. Micronized. Avoid liquid creatine and muscletech products.

It doesnt have to be a exact science you just need to be close so what ever comes with the product.

One tablespoon should be roughly 4-5g or micronized powder

I think it's more like one teaspoon equals around 5 grams. At least that is what it says on the back of my creatine. It lists a serving size as 1 teaspoon and 5000mg is in a serving.
