Just wondering what the benefits are of using the sauna? I use it for about 20min. post workout. Not sure if it will help me cut some water weight.

Thanks

sure but you could then become dehydrated and then when you do drink water you will hold it all, so make sure to stay hyrdrated while in there.

interesting, i use the sauna 3 times a week for about 10 min each time, i do not drink water inside, i only drink my shake after i'm done with water.

i use the sauna and then the jacuzzi to loosen up my muscles. good place to clear your mind out as well. something about the heat is kind of hypnotic.

i reckon the sweat carries toxins out of your body with it as well.

exactly!!!

Sauna and hot tub are used to rburn off lactic acid built up from your muscle, I use hot tub as often as possible. Both will dehydrate you severely, given you are only suppossed to stay in them for 15 minutes at 104 degrees. Although, Hot tubs are proven to burn quit a lot of calories. Given that your temperature is roughly 98.6 degrees, hot tubs usually at 104, so your body has to work over time to keep it lowered. Just make sure you hydrate your self back up.

****Don't worry about water weight, unless u are competing and near competition.****

not smart idea if bulking, to stay in there too long
