Sassy, did you already begin your colon cleanse? I did one last year called CleanseSmart, i think w/ no problems. Then two weeks ago i did the PowerCleanse by the same company which is for bb's, people who workout, athletes, etc...I got so sick i had to stop. The colon cleanse was the same as the first time, (the evening pills ) but the morning pills made me nauseous, vomiting feeling, and sick to my stomach and faint like. I had to stop a few days ago. Also felt like i was getting a cold w/ a sore throat and runny nose. Did you have any of these sides? What is the name of the cleanse you started, if you did yet? The stuff even made me break out w/ zits, thought maybe my body was cleansing the toxins out? Looking for a new cleanser for the future. Thanks

I'm actually not sure what this stuff is called cuz I got it from one of the other clients who apparently has a year's supply of it. Its a tan-colored powder that you take 1 tsp in the AM and another around 3 pm. It kicks in promptly at 9 pm. I havent' gotten sick or anything from it - just really need to pay attention to where you are at 9 pm....

Well TGISaturday. Of course my power got bumped out this morning in a thunderstorm & I overslept for AM cardio. (Fuxor.) Got more sleep tho. Got to the gym at 10:15, trained, got the new diet, did the delinquent cardio out of the way and off to check out my options for my AM posing suit.
Weight today - 145 lb. Gotta break that barrier. Blah. Definitely fuller though, veins were popping during training and I had the sickest pump going in my biceps after 4 sets of hammer curls that I didn't have just that vein running thru my bicep, but it was actually knotted. Crazy.
Didn't like my options for of the rack at this place suggested by my trainer, so they said I could mail down one of my old suits & they can copy it. This is what I'm goign to do - I can't even find the bottoms to my old AM show suit & the PM show suit is black w/ studs. That won't fly for the pre-judge. So the black one is getting mailed down on Monday to get copied into a really pretty royal blue I think.
OK speaking of the black suit, here are some pix w/ it. The good news is that I am almost as lean as I was on show day when I wore this in 2000. Much more muscle mass but at least I'm not a tubbo. (That would be my 2nd show in 2000, but we won't go there...
).

The last one looks a little strange because I was too close to the camera, but that one is probably the best as far as showing leanness - got a few veins goin there
