Alright I am at the peak point where I can totally feel the LGD. Worked out shoulders tonight and I was just killing it. Strength from the LGD is just phenomenal. After my workout I felt like I just needed more more more. It looked like this...
Shoulder press 230lbs pyramid up and down
Front raises 40 lbs each x4
Lateral raises 25 lbs x3
Cable chin UPS 55lbs x4
Shrugs 90lbs each drop sets x4
Extra front raises 25 lbs x3
My recovery time in between sets seems to have been cut at least 30 seconds.

LGD is my favourite. I finished my cycle a lot stronger. Using osta now as part of pct but have to keep the dose low at 20mg as I get sides any higher. LGD was perfect only sides were more strength.
