Hey guys drew here about to start a journey on LGD.

Background: I have been an ectomorph my entire life, very high metabolism. I have a pretty small frame, small bones and joints. I come from a 5th generation of carpenters so I was blessed with large shoulders, arms and a strong lower back.

Have run 4 successful cycles, all have been very basic and low dose. I have never run sarms at all so I have been excited to try this.

Intake:

I shoot for 3500 to 4200 calories a day depending how active I am. I eat the same types of food but not the same amount everyday. Here is a look at my freezer... Lots of venison and turkey....

Looking good! LGD is gonna treat you well. I was using sarms1 Lgd up to 15mg ed and it was pretty intense

Just killed chest a few hours ago. I noticed a little extra pump, don't know if it's the LGD or not. One thing my wife and i noticed was my body oder was horrible today. I smelled so strong like onions. Anyways my workout looked something like this..

Flat bench 205lbs 8/12 reps x4
Incline bench 185 6/8reps x4
Ball balanced pushups to fatigue
Decline 185 20 reps x3
Flys 160 16 reps x4

Also worked my core
I change my workout everytime to shock my body. Always changing rest times, sets, and adding things like drop sets and negatives.

Day 5 on LGD. Had a good leg workout last night. Haven't seen any significant changes from the LGD yet but hopefully soon to come. My leg workout looked like this...

Warm up/ stretch
Leg press 600 8/12 reps x4
Squat 275 12/16 reps x3
Leg extensions 160 8/12 reps x3
Leg curls 120 12/16 reps x3
Calf raises 100 16/20 reps x4
Kill it with walking lunges

A few of my trainees wanting to boost natural HGH levels are combining the big 3 exercises 2x/week - HIT style. some reading:

Just wanted to note that motivation and pumps in the gym are increasing from the LGD. No sides yet so on the week two mark if there are still no sides I'm bumping it up to 15mg Ed. Also thinking about my next cycle after this.... Prob going to run a test/winny cycle.

I would like to share my go to meal which everybody should have. I use this for lunch and other in between meals. It consists of 3 1/2 lb turkey or chicken, a medley mix of brown rice, quinoa and wild rice. And of course a mix of frozen vegetables. If you don't have time to make a decent meal instead of going to buy fast food you open your fridge and warm it up BOOM...

Thanks for following along guys. I had a great back and bis workout last night. Can not tell a difference with the LGD yet, hopefully it's soon to kick in. My workout looked like this...
Medium grip pull UPS warmup
3 sets/ 20 reps
Barbell rows 185lbs
4sets / 6reps
Wide grip lat pull down behind head
145lbs 3 set/ 12 reps
Dumbbell rows 80lb dumbbells
4 sets /16_12 reps
Reverse Flys
3sets / 10 reps
Cable bicep curls
60lbs 3 sets 12 reps
Preacher hammer curls
20lbs 4sets/ 16 reps... I really focus on squeezing and moving slow, getting my.mind to muscle connection here

Had a great shoulder workout last night. Noticed I was a little more vascular than regular, don't know if LGD helps with that or not. My workout looked like this...
15min jog to warm up
Dumbbell shoulder press 70lb each
3sets 8 to 6 reps
Front raises 30lbs each
4 sets 12 to 8 reps
Outward raises 20 lbs each
2sets 8 reps (right shoulder started to hurt)
Shrugs 90 lb dumbbells and drop sets to 45 each set
3sets 8 reps drop to 12 reps of 45s

Thanks guys, I feel like muscular endurance has gone up a little. Haven't seen much improvement in strength yet but I'm sure it's soon to come. I also forgot to add that I did 3 sets of seated shoulder press @180 for 12 to 8 reps

following brother! still havent used it yet.Only sarms product i havent tried.Interested in results.
 
On my last week of 8 running lg + gw. After week 3 the magic started happening for me. I started each workout with a strength exercise then did some auxiliaries which made it a hybrid strength/hypertrophy run. I cut down on cardio to eliminate any possible interference. Lots of strength gains and put on some size. Will def do another run. Following this now too :)

Did legs last night, went pretty well. I had something happen that never has before, my legs got so pumped up and so jello like I seriously could not walk. I mean every time I do legs it's kinda like this but never this intense. It looked like this...

14 min warm up/stretch
Dumbbell press 95 lbs 12/8 rep x3
Incl bench pyramid to 185 lb
Decl press 230lbs 6 reps x4
Balancing ball pushups 14 reps x3
Pec deck 160 12reps x3

Pump was very intense. Still feeling as though my muscular endurance is increasing.

Had to shovel snow for 4 hours at work and yes it was 10 below zero.
Planning on working out back tonight

Have not noticed a dramatic difference yet but my workouts seem to be getting more intense each time. Starting to feel larger but I have not weighed myself since the start

LGD is my favourite. I finished my cycle a lot stronger. Using osta now as part of pct but have to keep the dose low at 20mg as I get sides any higher. LGD was perfect only sides were more strength.

Hey guys just wanted to let you know I had a killer leg workout yesterday. Strength and muscular endurance was huge for me! Unfortunately after my workout I started feeling sick, I couldn't eat much the rest of the day. Now here I am laying in bed not at work, and not able to eat. Fucking sucks. Anyways this was my leg workout...

15 min cardio/ stretch
I decided to go with a Dorian Yates style workout which means each machine gets 2 warm ups of 12 to 14 reps of 85 percent fatigue. And one working set for 6 to 8 reps of maximum 110 percent fatigue.

Leg extensions
Leg curls
Squats
Seated calf raises
Groin
Leg press
Added extra sets of leg press to drain everything

nothing wrong with lowering osta a bit, if you want to play it real safe lower it down to 15mg..more then fine for pct.

Sides subsided after 4 days. Running it at 20mg and killing it in the gym. :)

I went with the same Dorian style workout. 3 warm UPS with one working set


Cardio for 12 min stretch
cable pull downs
Cable rows
High row
Bent over rows
Reverse Flys
Preacher curls
Hammer curls

I am up 5 lbs from the start! Feeling a lot stronger with more muscular endurance

How is it that u r pressing230 and using 25 for lateral raises? I rep 185 on push presses after bench and use 80s for lateral raises and no hormones on board other than that in my testes.

A variety of core exercises

Weighed myself last night and I am up 6 lb with my body fat staying the same. My strength gains have been phenomenal, I would guess about a 10 to 15 % increase. Overall this product has been great for me. I would most def like to try the gw next to slim down and tighten up. I'm going to hop on pct then blast with a test winny cycle. I would like to thank Dylan for giving me the chance to try this product and make substantial gains. Thanks to all who have been following, let me know if you have any questions.
