Did legs last night, went pretty well. I had something happen that never has before, my legs got so pumped up and so jello like I seriously could not walk. I mean every time I do legs it's kinda like this but never this intense. It looked like this...

Leg curls 130
Groin 300
Calf raises100

On day 16 today. Forgot to note that on day 14 I decided to up the dose to 15 mg a day because I have not seen any side effects.

Hey guys just wanted to post my workout I had last night...

14 min warm up/stretch
Dumbbell press 95 lbs 12/8 rep x3
Incl bench pyramid to 185 lb
Decl press 230lbs 6 reps x4
Balancing ball pushups 14 reps x3
Pec deck 160 12reps x3

Pump was very intense. Still feeling as though my muscular endurance is increasing.

Had to shovel snow for 4 hours at work and yes it was 10 below zero.
Planning on working out back tonight

Protein shake
Banana
Coconut water
Protein bar
Mix of turkey, rice, veggies, cashews
Gallon of water

Worked out back last night. The workouts are definitely getting more intense.
Warm up stretch
Lat pull downs pyramid to 180
Bent over rows 185 12 reps x3
High row 170 14 reps x3
Dumbbell rows 90 lbs 6 x 3
Reverse Flys 120 lbs drop sets
Wide grip bicep curls 60 lbs 12 x3
Slow hammer curls 25 lbs 14/6 x3
Drained totally

Have not noticed a dramatic difference yet but my workouts seem to be getting more intense each time. Starting to feel larger but I have not weighed myself since the start

nice work bro... you are making great progress... you will continue to see more strength, size and stamina... keep working hard and the results will only get better!
 
Alright I am at the peak point where I can totally feel the LGD. Worked out shoulders tonight and I was just killing it. Strength from the LGD is just phenomenal. After my workout I felt like I just needed more more more. It looked like this...
Shoulder press 230lbs pyramid up and down
Front raises 40 lbs each x4
Lateral raises 25 lbs x3
Cable chin UPS 55lbs x4
Shrugs 90lbs each drop sets x4
Extra front raises 25 lbs x3
My recovery time in between sets seems to have been cut at least 30 seconds.
