Sardines in water

I bought a can of sardines in spring water and it says 4.8gr of fat per 1/2 can serving. And 2.3gr is monounsaturated fat.

My question is, most of the MUFA is probably omega-3 right? Im trying hard to get omega-3 without flax b/c flax goes bad fast (or so I heard).

I've had my flax oil in my fridge for a few months & it's still fine.....

Sardines are rich in omega 3. I usually have a can as my meal before I go to bed. I figure I won't have to kiss anyone for about 8 hours if I have it before bed so the nasty smelly breath won't matter ;)

Love sardines with a mix of chopped onion, jalapeño and tomato............smell great as long you don't have a date.....................great source of Omega3..........i like them fried but there goes your diet.......

No omega 3s are NOT MUFAs
Still they are very good

Go for sardines if you like the taste
:)

Try this as a sardine meal.

2 cans of sardines, either in water or oil
lots of parsley and onions

-chopp the parsley and onions and mix with the sardines, add lots of lemon to get rid of the "sardine taste"

great b4 bed, gf complains, but FUCK IT, need to grow!!!!
