sample day

breakfast
3-6 eggs with cheese and diced up chicken breast

snack: o carb prot shake

lunch: 2 hot dog links, bag of pork rinds, beef jerkey

snack: 0 carb protein shake

dinner: Any kind of meat

snack: o carbd prot shake

this is what i usually ate on CKD
 
can i have a little carbs. I have the Optimum Whey protein and i wanted to use that along with milk for my shakes....
 
nope, no blatant carbs... Remember things like eggs have 1-2g carb in each egg, meat has 1-2g carbs... Milk will fuck it up... Make your shakes with water

If you wanna eat carbs, dont do a CKD... i personally dont like CKD because of the energy drop, i always look flat, i always loose muscle... And when i transfer back to eating carbs i gain the weight back... Thats why i opt for a different style

what diet woud you recommend me doing? I need energy cause i work at UPS, go to school, and train hard and heavy. Should i opt for a High protein, low-fat, moderate carb.

i'm 5'11, 220lbs, 19%bf give or take.
