nope, no blatant carbs... Remember things like eggs have 1-2g carb in each egg, meat has 1-2g carbs... Milk will fuck it up... Make your shakes with water
If you wanna eat carbs, dont do a CKD... i personally dont like CKD because of the energy drop, i always look flat, i always loose muscle... And when i transfer back to eating carbs i gain the weight back... Thats why i opt for a different style
