what does everyone think? while bulking should you follow the same exercises each week in for a few weeks then change or would it be better to do totally different exercises each week?

- give your body enough time to take advantage of the learning curve for an exercise to get an increase in poundage used and sustained adapitve response....

- However the first few weeks you usually will see the most progress with an exercise, also if you concentrate too long on 1 exercise (ed incline benchpress) you might lose some neurologic condition for the other exercise (eg flat benchpress)

So, do your flat benches for 3 weeks, long enough to make some significant progress with that particular exercise whilre short enough to retain most of your incline benchpress abillity etc...

also, you can MIX and MATCH your core exercises for other musclegroups to "fill in the gaps" Example.....:

You concentrate on flat benchpress for 3 weeks and after that 3 weeks incline benchpressing

to retain most of your incline benchpress abillity you do front presses or push presses for delt (kinda like a very very incline benchpress) , also do INCLINE close grip benchpresses for triceps

in the weeks that you concentrate on the incline benchpress you might wanna switch front presses to behind neck press and do weighted dip for triceps to retain a lot of flat benchpress mimicing action....
