Ryan can certainly bench, but has he ever entered a powerlifting meet and what was his total in a meet. I see that he does train legs, but does he do squats and deadlifts?

I believe he has never competed in a full meet, but plan on doing one soon. - At least that is what he said in Powermag? I think.
