I am getting pissed at all my friends telling me theyr are going to start running to lose weight and get some cardio in. How come when people think of cardio it has to be running???? What about boxing, swimming, sprinting, or even cycling. These types of training are very beneficial at cardio and losing fat, some even promote minor amounts of muscle growth, relative to weightlifting. I guess my complaint is there are many forms of cardio, not just running.
