I am on a 1-week layoff and am in the process of putting together a new training routine.....I'm 23, have been training seriously since I was 14.....I'm 5'11"....248lbs, don't know my bodyfat, don't really care...it is probably between 15-20%, but thats not a concern, since I look decent, and I don't plan on bodybuilding anytime soon....Right now I am planning a new workout, in the past I have trained Bill Starr style, but I am looking for a slight change, doing even more olympic lifts, I have countless routines and programs, most of which I have used successfully, but as far as I am concerned, there can never be enough information to pool from.......so everybody offer up your suggestions.....just no flex magazine bodybuilding routines, because I find them to be boring as fuck and don't get me where I wanna go......also, does anybody have the Nebraska Football program? I never got the book, and I was ust curious what they do......I played ballat a D 2 school in PA from 97-00 and I just got totally hooked on strength training and training to be an animal with the side-effect of improving your appearance,rather than training to look good and not giving much thought to function.
