Routine Suggestions

I am on a 1-week layoff and am in the process of putting together a new training routine.....I'm 23, have been training seriously since I was 14.....I'm 5'11"....248lbs, don't know my bodyfat, don't really care...it is probably between 15-20%, but thats not a concern, since I look decent, and I don't plan on bodybuilding anytime soon....Right now I am planning a new workout, in the past I have trained Bill Starr style, but I am looking for a slight change, doing even more olympic lifts, I have countless routines and programs, most of which I have used successfully, but as far as I am concerned, there can never be enough information to pool from.......so everybody offer up your suggestions.....just no flex magazine bodybuilding routines, because I find them to be boring as fuck and don't get me where I wanna go......also, does anybody have the Nebraska Football program? I never got the book, and I was ust curious what they do......I played ballat a D 2 school in PA from 97-00 and I just got totally hooked on strength training and training to be an animal with the side-effect of improving your appearance,rather than training to look good and not giving much thought to function.
 
Pleae, reply all you want.....i want to read everyone's suggestions......I just wanted to add though, NO WSB or Metal Militia suggestions, I am more than familiar with each method, and while I feel they are great to prepare for a PL meet, I feel they do little more than prepare one to attempt a lift with equipment on, and do little in the way of improving athletic attriutes......but I miss the competetion ofplaying ball, so some day down the road, I might wanna try PL, then I will try a MM routine.....but until that day comes, I don't wanna hear it.......
 
I know the basis, and it is tempting, I am looking for something focusing more on the olympic lifts, plus more volume, I am not a hard gainer, and size and weight gains comes almost at will for me, so i like higher volume, but yeah, i have seen dc, and i think for a hardgainer it is worth a shot, but personally I would get fat if I trained that little, no matter the intensity, i just don't need that much rest
