I am writing for some advice on a program I am going to start.....It seems like I will be doing too many exercises in a day and I was looking for advice to split it up into more days or eliminate anything unnecessary...Some background info.....I'm 22 years old and I have been seriously training since I was 14, so I do not consider myself a beginner by any means....I'm 5'11" and weigh 255 and am about 15-18% bodyfat, which I am happy with since I am not bodybuilding at this time.........I have been impressed with the knowledge and eagerness to help one another on this board, so please feel free to offer advice or suggestions and I will seriously take it all under consideration....Here is my program......
Day 1
Incline Press
Power Clean
Overhead Press
Leg Press
Some type of row for back
Skull Crushers
Straight Bar Curls
Leg Curls or Stiff Legged deadlifts
Day 2
Close Grip Bench Press
Split Jerk
Box Squats or Front Squats
Upright Rows
Lat Pulldown
Triceps Pushdowns or Bench Dips
Standing Alternate Dumbell Curls
Calf Raises of some type
I am training for overall strength and athleticism. Any input would be appreciated
